Going through the phases of the design & analysis process, the implementation and the launch of an IT Software Project is not always painless. Surveys show that over 60% of all initiated projects have to be cancelled at some stage, often after working for years on the project and spending most of the budget without results. Most of these projects would have been successful if the required IT Technology skills had present during analysis and planning.
We believe that IT projects have to be driven by the imagination of the core business team. At the same time the core business team often needs support on the technology side from a trusted partner, adding value by selecting the right suppliers and managing the technology setup with the implementation partners.
